Using plastic PowerBags®

The PowerBag universal handle

  • Pull the cord from the end of the handle until it "clicks" to form a loop

Prepare the handle & plastic PowerBag for use

  • Insert the handle into the channel inside the top of the bag
  • Ensure the handle is fully inserted to the very end of the channel
  • With the loop inside the bag, push a generous amount of the bag into the loop
Note: If the vent holes in the bag are stuck together, use your hand to open an 8-inch area to allow the nozzle to be fully inserted.

Using the universal feeder hose with plastic bags

  • Prepare the handle as above
  • Slip the nozzle into the open loop of the handle
  • Push the button on top of the handle to secure the bag to the blower vacuum
  • The system can now be used on the ground or with the blower vac shoulder strap

The universal feeder hose

  • Slip the universal coupling over the discharge neck on the blower vacuum
  • Securely tighten the Velcro®-like strap to fasten the feeder hose to the vacuum

Metal Clip - for use only when carrying the bag

  • The metal clip is inserted into the slot on top of the handle to support the bag (Note: This will make a small hole in the bag)
  • The metal clip may be attached to your blower vac's shoulder strap or to your belt. Adjust the length of the shoulder strap so the bag can rest on the ground

Attach the PowerBag directly to a blower vacuum

  • Slip the open loop on the handle over the discharge end of the blower vacuum
  • Push the button on top of the handle to secure the bag
  • And... "You're ready to go"
Note: Some discharge ends on some blower vacuums may not provide enough of a collar to hold the loop in place. A cinch strap, surgical tubing, electrical tie or the fitting from your canvas bag can be used to create a collar (these parts are not provided with the System).

When PowerBag is full:

  • Pull the handle away from the blower vacuum or nozzle until it clicks
  • Remove the handle from bag
  • ..."Drop it at the curb".

  • Insert the nozzle fully into the open valve
  • Secure the bag to the nozzle with the cinch strap
